Get ready for a day of partying in this fresh Red Polka Dot Balloon Dog Harness Dress by Doggie Design! This would be darling for your dog to wear on her own birthday or for any other celebratory occasion. Balloon accent on the lapel with curled ribbon. Heavy Duty touch fastener Closures at neck and chest. Extra strength nylon reinforced D-Ring allows the dress to be used as a harness. Dress includes a matching leash!

We could also imagine a hospital or nursing home therapy dog wearing this to visit her patrons to cheer someone up. After all, what's more uplifting than balloons? Well, a dog wearing some, of course! We absolutely love the curly balloon ribbon streamers that are held together with a large red bow.

Adding to the cuteness is the perky red and white polka dot print that is accented with a double ribbon trim at the waist and overskirt. The tulle underskirt is trimmed with more polka dot fabric for an adorable confection that will have your party girl's fans raving!

This dress is very easy to put on with heavy duty touch fastener closures at the neck and chest. The nylon reinforced D-Ring allows the dress to be used as a harness which will help keep your party girl in check. This dress also includes a matching leash for a perfectly "paw"lished look!

Dear Human,

I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...

Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.

This is measured by giving your pet a hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.

First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference (the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
